The Blue Genius® Platinum Series Master Control Panel operates an entire loading dock system from one convenient location. By integrating the controls for all standard dock equipment, it improves efficiency, safety, and productivity while reducing electrical costs and optimizing wall space.
The Master Control Panel operates the following dock equipment:
- Dock leveler
- Vehicle restraint
- Overhead door
- Dock light
- Inflatable seal
An LCD menu screen displays equipment status as well as instructions for operating and troubleshooting. The interior and exterior LED lights communication system sends safety signals to dock staff and truck drivers. A rotary disconnect cuts power to the unit for routine servicing and maintenance.
Because its NEMA4X-rated polycarbonate enclosure is wet and corrosion-resistant, the panel can be installed in the wash-down zone and outdoor locations. It is also compatible with FDA-regulated operations, such as pharmaceutical and chemical handling locations.
